If you use cannabis, or even CBD flower for that matter, then the odds are that you have heard of CBD moonrocks. You may have even tried them, but have you heard of CBD Sunrocks? Of course you have, thats why you are here right! Ill explain more about CBD sunrocks and the differences as well as the similarities they have to moonrocks and other more familair types of CBD based products.
What are CBD Sunrocks?
With so many kinds of products to choose from in the cannabis and hemp world, things can get confusing. It is okay that you are not clear on what a sunrock is, we spend alot of time and energy staying in the know we so we can keep you in the loop!
So what is a CBD Sunrock? Much like the CBD sunrocks close relative the CBD moonrock, it is a product that is normally based on high quality or premium CBD hemp flowers. Also like the moonrock, the sunrock is covered in high quality CBD extracts, however they are not covered with kief as well, just more extract. This combination of premium flowers and high quality extracts can yield extremely high concentrations of cannabinoids meeting or exceeding 65% regularly due to the double extract dip. For reference most moonrocks top out around 55% cannabinoids, this makes the CBD sunrock a highly coveted flower/extract hybrid product!
How to Use CBD Sunrocks
After you buy some CBD sunrocks it may be very tempting to toss them in the grinder the second you can, but dont! Think of the sunrock as more of a touchable extract than a super dank flower, that said how do you break it up? The ol' fashioned way with your fingers is probably not your best bet either. I personally use and would suggest to use fiskars non-stick microtip pruning snips or something similar, shoot, even scissors would make less mess than your fingers or a grinder!
After you got your sunrocks snipped up into pieces, you can more or less use with any method of smoking that involves combustion or vaporization. I would not suggest trying to dab them, while it will work, and probably very nicely, you will thrash your banger or dab head. I personally use a very small amount mixed with other flower in my water bong because CBD sunrocks are typically very strong. You could use it in a blunt or joint but do not wrap tightly! One of those cool herb vaporizers would work excellent and I can also suggest just trying your CBD Sunrocks in a regular style pipe as well for a super flavorful rip!
